Field Sales Representative

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the clothing/garment sector. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, ensuring consistent sales growth, and expanding the company’s presence in the Muzaffarpur region. HAVING EXPERIENCE IN TEXTILE/ CLOTHING INDUSTRY CANDIDATES (ONLY APPLY ) COMPANY NAME- BIZUP JOB TIMINGS- 9:30-8:00 Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new clients (wholesalers, distributors, retailers) in the clothing/garment sector. • Maintain strong business relations with existing customers to ensure repeat orders. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitors’ strategies. • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. • Share daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback. • Promote new launches, offers, and seasonal collections effectively. Requirements • Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • 2–4 years of proven field sales experience in the clothing/garment industry. • Strong local market knowledge of Muzaffarpur and nearby regions. • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory). • It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
