About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilties include: 1. Analyze podcast episodes and identify viral moments that can be turned into short-form videos. 2. Create content strategies to convert one podcast episode into multiple pieces of content (Reels, Shorts, clips, etc.). 3. Research viral trends on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts. 4. Write hooks, captions, and titles that increase viewer retention and engagement. 5. Coordinate with the video editing team to guide how clips should be structured for maximum impact. 6. Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate hooks, captions, and content ideas. 7. Identify patterns in viral content and apply them to podcast clips. 8. Help turn one long-form podcast into 5-10 short-form pieces of content. 9. Monitor video performance and engagement metrics to understand what works best. 10. Experiment with different content formats to improve reach and growth.
