Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer. The individual will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing creative content strategies, and executing data-driven social media campaigns to boost engagement. Designing attractive and dynamic visual content aligned with the brand’s vision is a core part of the role. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain consistency across platforms will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including Social Media Optimization (SMO), and an understanding of audience engagement strategies. • Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling captions, posts, and messages tailored to various platforms. • Experience in Content Strategy and planning to develop innovative campaigns for brand development and expansion. • Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and creativity. • Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly cricket, is highly advantageous. • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
