The ideal candidate will hold PMP and Scrum Master certifications, demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, and successfully deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and cost objectives are met • Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams • Plan, track, and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) • Ensure adherence to PMP and Agile best practices • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance • Handle client communication, escalations, and expectations professionally • Mentor team members and promote a high-performance culture Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager • PMP Certification (Mandatory) • Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent – Mandatory) • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid models • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • Experience in IT / Software / Digital transformation projects • Client-facing experience with domestic or international clients • Exposure to SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks Why Join Us? • Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects • Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture • Located in the prime area of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad • Career advancement and certification support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
