The Sales Attendant will assist customers by providing excellent customer service, guiding them through the product range, and helping them make informed purchase decisions. The role involves managing the cash register, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store, handling inventory and restocking, as well as providing recommendations tailored to customer preferences and needs. Qualifications • Customer service skills, including the ability to engage with customers and address their needs effectively • Sales and upselling techniques to promote and recommend products • Ability to manage transactions accurately using the cash register, and basic mathematical proficiency • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience • Organizational and time management skills to maintain store tidiness and keep inventory updated • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the product offerings • Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
