Operation Manager Warehouse

The role covers inventory management, supply chain coordination, sales collaboration, and process compliance, with the primary focus on ensuring sufficient stock to meet sales targets while adhering to the company’s operational guidelines and inventory systems. 1. Daily Operational Tasks - Branch Opening & Staff Coordination / Order Planning & Execution 2. Delivery Process Management - Handover and Truck Release / POSM Dispatch Planning / MDC Coordination / POD & Delivery Documentation 3. Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities - Branch Attendance & Reports / Discrepancy Management / Inventory Management / Material Receipt & BRS Management 4. Sales & Team Coordination - Sales Team Coordination / Damage Management / Team Management & SOP Adherence / Weekly Meetings 5. Operational Efficiency & Cost Control - Cost Management / Order Processing & Cut-Off Management / Damage & Inventory Control / MDC Cost Monitoring 6. General Warehouse & Inventory Management - Warehouse & Inventory Management / Warehouse Cleanliness / Process Adherence Experience: Relevant experience in Warehousing & Inventory Management Skills required:  Time Management – Ensures timely branch opening, deliveries, and dispatch. Attention to Detail – Maintains stock accuracy and resolves discrepancies.  Budgeting & Financial Awareness – Controls MDC costs and damage write-offs within budget.  Sales Coordination – Manages sales order fulfilment and additional orders.  Documentation Skills – Ensures timely and accurate reporting.  Leadership – Manages team punctuality, training, and SOP adherence.  Organizational Skills – Maintains warehouse cleanliness and efficiency.  Problem-Solving – Resolves discrepancies and delivery issues quickly.  Communication – Coordinates effectively with sales and warehouse teams.  Tech-Savviness – Uses inventory management systems for accuracy.
