Cluster Operation Manager

Position :- Cluster Operation Manager Location: Aurangabad Primary Responsibilities: Team Coordination: Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates. Operational Management: Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution. BOM Review: Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials. Project TAT & Profitability: Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins. Follow-ups & Escalations: Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.
