OT/ICS Cybersecurity Governance Lead

We are currently looking for an experienced OT/ICS Cybersecurity Governance Lead to drive security across industrial control systems and manufacturing environments. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing governance, improving security posture, and ensuring compliance across PLC, SCADA, DCS, and OT networks, working closely with automation, IT, and cybersecurity teams. Contract Duration - 12 Months + Extensions Key Responsibilities • Define and implement cybersecurity governance for ICS/OT environments • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments across industrial systems • Develop and enforce security policies aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and regulatory standards • Support incident response and vulnerability management for OT environments • Collaborate with engineers to secure PLC, SCADA, and industrial networks • Drive network segmentation, zoning, and secure IT/OT integration • Ensure compliance and support training and awareness initiatives Key Requirements • 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and OT/ICS cybersecurity • Strong experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI systems • Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and OT security frameworks • Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, etc.) • Experience with network security (firewalls, segmentation, VLANs) • Experience with OT security tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Tenable.ot) Nice to Have • Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CEH, IEC 62443 • Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, Schneider Electric, Honeywell platforms Interested?
