Role Description The Backend Sales role at Sonacore involves supporting sales processes through client interactions, managing leads and inquiries, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing timely responses to queries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide excellent support • Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to meet targets and manage sales pipelines • Experience in providing Training to clients or team members is preferred • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities • Proficiency in using CRM or other sales and customer service software is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is desirable • Previous experience in sales operations, preferably in the furniture or education sector, is advantageous
