We broadcast weekly livestream shows featuring one-of-a-kind pieces, rare gemstones, and high-value auctions to a passionate jewelry-loving audience. We are seeking a Livestream Growth Consultant with a proven track record of dramatically increasing live viewership, engagement, and revenue for livestream commerce shows. What We’re Looking For We need a specialist who has successfully: • Increased live show audiences (YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or proprietary platforms) • Built repeat-viewer communities and VIP collector funnels • Improved watch time, retention, and engagement rates • Scaled paid traffic for livestream events • Turned livestream viewers into high-ticket buyers You must be able to show measurable results. Responsibilities • Audit our current livestream strategy and analytics • Create a growth roadmap to increase: • Live viewers • Email & SMS subscribers • VIP collector participation • Conversion rates • Build and optimize pre-show and post-show funnels • Implement paid ad strategies (TOF/MOF/Retargeting) • Improve hook rates and retention in first 30–60 seconds • Advise on creative, offers, and audience psychology • Provide KPI tracking and reporting Requirements • 3+ years experience growing livestream or live shopping brands • Documented case studies with results • Experience in ecommerce, luxury, or high-ticket sales preferred • Strong understanding of: • Facebook & Instagram Ads • YouTube growth • TikTok Live growth • SMS & email funnels • Audience retention strategies • Data-driven and ROI-focused Bonus Qualifications • Experience in jewelry, fashion, collectibles, or auction-based sales • Experience growing VIP or membership communities • Experience launching giveaway-driven campaigns Compensation • Contract-based (monthly retainer + performance bonus) • Performance incentives tied to audience and revenue growth To Apply Please submit: • Resume • Links to livestream brands you’ve grown • Specific growth results (before/after metrics) • Your strategy in 3–5 bullet points for scaling a jewelry livestream show We are not looking for generic social media management.
