We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Specialist to manage and optimize our product listings on Amazon India and other marketplaces. You will be responsible for creating compelling, SEO-optimized product listings, maintaining catalog accuracy, and conducting competitive analysis to drive visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Catalog Management
• Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and backend keywords
• Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s category-specific style guides and content policies
• Manage catalog updates including pricing, inventory sync, variations (size/color), and A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content
• Perform regular listing audits to fix suppressed, stranded, or inactive listings
• Coordinate with the design team for product image creation and optimization
SEO & Keyword Optimization
• Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for maximum organic visibility
• Track keyword ranking performance and implement improvements based on data insights
• Stay updated on Amazon’s A9/A10 search algorithm changes and best practices
Competitor Analysis & Pricing
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on a regular basis
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations on pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness
• Analyze Best Seller Rank (BSR), reviews, and ratings trends for key competitors
• Prepare weekly/monthly competitive intelligence reports for the management team
Requirements
Must-Have
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings (Seller Central)
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, and catalog management
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including Flat File uploads and bulk editing
• Experience with keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large product catalogs
• Strong written communication skills in English for creating compelling product copy
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting
Good-to-Have
• Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) is a plus
• Familiarity with other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart) is an advantage
• Basic understanding of product photography and image editing
• Knowledge of Amazon FBA and inventory management processes
• Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content creation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
