BA / PM – Risk Technology

Hiring: BA / PM – Risk Technology Location: Indore / Pune Experience: 10–16 Years Work Mode: Full Time (Hybrid) Primary Responsibilities • Lead as a BA / PM on Risk Technology projects. • Understand and document business requirements using Agile methodology and translate them into JIRA work items. • Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and stakeholders. • Ensure adoption and consistent implementation of Agile framework, policies, and procedures. • Prioritize work, set realistic deadlines, forecast risks, and communicate changes. • Ensure fiscal control and accountability for project budget and resources. • Continuously improve Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and Communication • Work collaboratively across diverse teams and multiple time zones. • Educate team members and end-users on Agile practices and benefits. • Generate reports and dashboards covering plan, scope, project status, team productivity, and data exceptions. • Maintain documentation and create reusable templates. Key Skills and Competencies • Experience as BA/PM on Agile projects utilizing Cloud technologies (preferably Azure). • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques. • Expertise in Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, Office365. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good understanding of SDLC models. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 10+ years of experience, preferably in Risk Technology initiatives using Agile methodology. • 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Fixed Income / Commercial Lending.
