Role Description The Export Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Shadnagar. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify international business opportunities, developing and implementing export marketing strategies, managing client relationships in global markets, and coordinating sales to ensure efficient export operations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and marketing objectives. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Market Research and understanding of international market trends • Knowledge of International Marketing and experience developing effective strategies for global markets • Experience in Export procedures and regulations • Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a relevant discipline • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and export documentation software • Knowledge of the glass industry or a similar industry is an advantage • Flexibility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to market demands
