AI Development Workflow Consultant (Laravel / React / Flutter/ Claude.AI )

Overview We are seeking a hands-on AI Development Consultant to integrate AI effectively into our development workflow. Our stack includes Laravel (backend), React (frontend), and Flutter (mobile). The goal is to reduce development time, improve code quality, and implement structured AI-assisted workflows across the team. This is an execution-focused role. We are not looking for high-level AI presentations or generic consulting. We need someone who can implement, test, refine, and operationalize AI within daily development processes. Responsibilities • Set up and configure AI tools within developer IDEs (VS Code / JetBrains) • Standardize AI-assisted workflows across backend, frontend, and mobile teams • Implement AI-assisted coding practices to improve development speed • Configure AI-based unit and integration test generation • Set up automated code review support • Improve CI/CD workflows with intelligent automation • Create clear documentation and usage guidelines • Train developers to effectively adopt AI in daily workflows Our Stack • Laravel (API & backend) • React.js • Flutter • Git-based development workflow • Cloud hosting (AWS or similar) Requirements • Strong backend development experience (Laravel preferred) • Comfortable working with React and/or Flutter • Proven experience implementing AI coding tools in production projects • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and deployment automation • Ability to work independently and deliver working systems • Clear, practical communicator Engagement • Contract ( 2-3 hours/ day for 2 weeks ) ( Contract might be extended depending on the requirements ) • Fully Remote • Outcome-focused • Potential for long-term collaboration When Applying Please include: • Examples of AI workflows you have implemented • AI tools you would recommend for a Laravel + React + Flutter stack • Estimated implementation timeline • Availability and weekly rate Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 2 weeks Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per week Application Question(s): • Do you have production-level experience with Laravel? • Have you implemented AI tools (Claude) inside an existing development workflow (not just API calls)? • Have you used Claude (API or Claude Code) for coding or backend development tasks? • Have you used AI to generate unit or integration tests in a real project? • Do you have experience with Docker-based deployments?
