Key Responsibilities: - Instruction: Develop and present clear, effective math lessons using various methods (lectures, discussions, tech, real-world examples). - Curriculum: Implement curriculum standards, create lesson plans, source materials, and prepare students for standardized tests. - Assessment: Assign homework, grade papers, quizzes, and tests, and document student progress. - Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment. - Student Support: Offer individualized help, remedial programs, and extra support for struggling students. - Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents, and administrators on curriculum, student issues, and school-wide initiatives. - Career development: Attend meetings, workshops, and training to stay updated on teaching methods.
