Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, create reports, and help stakeholders understand trends, patterns, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources. • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present insights. • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making. • Maintain documentation of reports and data processes. • Support data-driven strategies and performance tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 0–4 years of experience in data analysis (freshers may apply). • Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL. • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Basic understanding of statistics and data modelling concepts. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills to present data insights clearly. Good to Have • Internship or project experience in data analytics. • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. • Exposure to business intelligence tools. • Experience working in Agile environments.
