Role: Intern - Affiliate Marketing Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office) About the Role SparrowDesk is looking for a curious, self-driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a ground-floor opportunity — you don't need years of experience, but you do need genuine interest in how people discover products, make decisions, and how content can guide that journey. You'll work closely with our marketing team to identify the right partners, create content that actually helps people, and read the numbers to make smarter decisions over time. What You'll Do Research potential affiliate partners — blogs, creators, communities — and evaluate their fit with SparrowDesk's brand and audience Help create and distribute affiliate content: product pages, email copy, social captions, and promotional materials Track performance data across campaigns and identify what's working and what needs improvement Support outreach to new partners — drafting messages, following up, and building long-term relationships Monitor affiliate activity and compliance with program guidelines Stay current on industry trends and surface new ideas for campaigns and partnerships Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics for internal stakeholders What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written communication skills — clear, purposeful, and audience-aware Basic comfort working with data and spreadsheets — able to spot patterns and draw simple conclusions Organized and self-directed — able to manage tasks without constant supervision Genuine interest in digital marketing, content, or e-commerce Good to Have: Any hands-on experience with content creation — a personal blog, social page, or YouTube channel Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, any CMS, or affiliate tracking platforms Understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals and commission structures Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or other digital marketing channels Sharp eye for content quality — able to distinguish what's genuinely useful from what's just noise
