Night Shift (US Time Zone Support)
Spectra Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Service L2/L3 Support Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and Microsoft ecosystem administration. This role requires working in the night shift to support global clients (primarily US time zones). You will manage and support Azure-based environments, enterprise networks, end-user services, and collaboration platforms while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Azure infrastructure, servers, and cloud services.
• Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support SharePoint/OneDrive IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Configure and manage VPN solutions and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Provide support for enterprise networks and endpoint devices.
• Manage endpoint security solutions including antivirus/virus scanner platforms.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
• Administer and support DocuSign platform and integrations.
• Work with ITSM platforms for incident, problem, and change management.
• Support SaaS applications and understand CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) principles.
• Provide support for EMR platforms where applicable.
• Monitor system performance, backups, patching, and server health.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Document support procedures, knowledge articles, and technical configurations.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support (L2/L3 level).
• Strong working knowledge of help desk operations and support processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure server maintenance and administration.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networks, VPN configuration, and firewall policies.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Experience supporting IMAC activities across collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management, etc.).
• Understanding of SaaS environments and CCaaS service models.
• Experience supporting EMR platforms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, identity and access management.
• Experience with endpoint security, antivirus, patch management, and backup solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts on a regular basis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification.
• Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience in hybrid IT environments (On-prem + Cloud).
• Exposure to ITIL framework and service management best practices.
