### **Job Information** Job Type • *Full time** Industry • *Technology** City • *Chennai** Country • *India** ### **Job Description** • *Role Overview** We’re looking for a highly technical Onboarding Manager with deep expertise in finance systems and direct integrations. This role focuses on designing and executing clean, scalable data flows between Spendflo and customer ERP/AP systems (NetSuite, Coupa, SAP, etc.) without relying on middleware-heavy solutions. You’ll work closely with finance and IT teams to architect integrations, understand data at a granular level, and troubleshoot complex system interactions end-to-end. • *Key Responsibilities** • *Customer Onboarding & Implementation** • Own end-to-end onboarding for customers integrating Spendflo with finance systems • Lead implementation discussions with finance and IT stakeholders • Ensure high-quality onboarding with minimal technical debt • *Finance Systems Expertise** • Work extensively with NetSuite, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc. • Understand core workflows: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), vendor management, GL and cost allocation • Configure integrations aligned with real-world finance operations • *Integration Architecture & Data Flow** • Design direct system integrations (API-based, file-based where needed) • Define how Spendflo interacts with external systems (ingestion, transformation, sync logic) • Document data schemas, mappings, field transformations, and system dependencies • *Data Flow & Logic** • Understand how queries, payloads, and transactions move across systems • Analyze API request/response structures and data parsing logic • Handle edge cases in financial data and ensure data integrity and reconciliation • *Technical Troubleshooting** • Diagnose issues like data mismatches, failed syncs, API limitations, and workflow breakdowns • Trace issues across the full data lifecycle (source Spendflo destination) • Debug logs, payloads, and system interactions end-to-end • *System Design & Collaboration** • Design scalable, reusable integration patterns across systems • Ensure architectures are robust, maintainable, and adaptable • Partner with Product, Engineering, CX, and Sales for smooth onboarding and improvements • Contribute to internal playbooks and integration standards • *Required Qualifications** • 3+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or onboarding roles with strong technical depth • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Coupa (mandatory) • Proven experience in direct integrations between finance systems (not middleware-dependent) • *Technical Skills** • Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs • Experience with JSON, CSV, and structured data • Data mapping and transformation logic • Ability to read logs, debug payloads, and trace issues end-to-end • Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow across integrations • *Core Competencies** • Systems thinking and architectural mindset • Deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis • Strong technical communication with stakeholders • High ownership and execution • *Nice to Have** • NetSuite or Coupa certifications (SuiteFoundation, Admin, ERP Consultant, etc.) • Experience with procurement or spend management SaaS tools • Exposure to financial data models and reconciliation processes
