Video Support Executive

The Role: The Video Support Executive will be responsible for providing high-quality support for video-related inquiries and issues. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless video production and delivery. • Respond to video support requests from clients and internal teams. • Assist in troubleshooting video playback and streaming issues. • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of video content. • Maintain documentation of video support processes and solutions. • Provide training and guidance on video tools and platforms. Team Structure: You will work closely with the video production team, IT support, and customer service representatives. Ideal Profile : The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively support video operations. • Experience with video editing software. • Familiarity with video streaming platforms. • Technical troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Problem-solving abilities.
