Role Objective To manage day-to-day service operations, ensure smooth pickup & delivery coordination, handle customer escalations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all SPIN CYCLES outlets. Key Responsibilities 1️ Daily Operations Management • Manage day-to-day store and service operations. • Ensure all shops open and close on time. • Coordinate with shop managers and operations team. • Ensure 100% compliance in pickup and delivery schedules. 2️ Customer Service & Escalation Handling • Handle customer escalations via phone and helpdesk tickets. • Meet customers when required (need basis). • Resolve complaints within defined SLA timelines. • Ensure customer satisfaction and delight. • Collect and share customer feedback with management team. 3️ Pickup & Delivery Compliance • Coordinate with logistics team for timely pickups and deliveries. • Monitor order tracking and delay management. • Ensure zero missed or delayed deliveries without escalation. 4️ Team & Resource Coordination • Work closely with shop managers and retail sales teams. • Support stores during peak times. • Manage resource allocation and emergency staff swapping. • Build strong internal team relationships. 5️ Sales & Customer Engagement • Stay updated on all services offered. • Inform customers about discounts and special offers. • Support execution of sales promotional activities. • Drive repeat business and retention. 6️ Public Relations & Brand Support • Support customer engagement on Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms. • Assist in maintaining positive online reputation. Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Prior experience in service-based business (Retail / Hospitality / Laundry / Logistics preferred). • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills. • Strong escalation handling and problem-solving skills. • Customer-centric mindset. • Candidates trained in Six Sigma / Quality Management methodologies (Green Belt or above preferred) will be given preference. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations.
