Position: Human Resource Associate (MBA Fresher)
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Associate to join our team at SPL Consulting in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success. Your expertise will be crucial in managing employee engagement, policy development, recruitment, performance management, training, and HR administration. You will play a key role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR practices and processes. They will play a critical role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, drafting and executing policies, and ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement and Relations:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate resolution of workplace issues.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
Policy Development and Execution:
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Implement HR policies and ensure all employees understand and adhere to them.
• Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend improvements as needed.
Recruitment and Hiring:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on workforce planning.
Performance Management:
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.
• Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Master of Business Administration in HR & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies.
• Experience with recruitment and hiring processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
