Lead Sports Teacher

Role Summary: As a Physical Education Teacher (PET), you will be placed in a school and play a key role in implementing Sportathon Foundation’s sports-integrated curriculum. You will ensure regular sports sessions, promote inclusive participation, support life skills development, and build a safe, joyful play culture for all children. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver structured Physical Education and sports sessions (as per curriculum) • Ensure age-appropriate, inclusive and engaging physical activities • Promote life skills, teamwork, and gender equity through sports • Maintain regular tracking of student participation, engagement, and skill development • Organize intra-school games, fitness assessments, and events • Build positive relationships with students, school staff, and parents • Support training and mentoring of youth volunteers or assistant coaches • Manage and maintain sports equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage • Maintain accurate attendance, session logs, and submit regular progress reports • Uphold safety, discipline, and sportsmanship at all times • Collaborate and build rapport with school stakeholders to support program success Pay: ₹30,894.43 - ₹34,957.00 per month Work Location: In person
