Sales Coordinator

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Nursery Choraha, Jaipur Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Preferred) Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Coordinator who has experience working on real estate leads. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, making follow-up calls, coordinating site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle and manage real estate leads (inbound & outbound) • Make regular follow-up calls to prospective clients • Convert leads into site visits and closures • Coordinate between clients and sales managers • Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel • Provide complete project information to clients • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure Required Skills: • Experience in real estate sales or lead handling • Strong communication and convincing skills • Ability to convert leads into sales • Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel • Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude • Good negotiation skills Compensation: • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives • Performance-based bonus as per lead conversion and sales closure Qualification: • Graduate (Any Stream) • Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
