Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day client communication and service delivery • Plan and implement digital and social media strategies • Track campaign performance and generate insights • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution • Present reports, decks, and creative strategies to clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable social and digital strategies • Plan, schedule, and oversee content calendars across social media platforms • Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams to deliver on-brand, on-time campaigns • Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports • Present strategy decks, performance reviews, and creative concepts to clients • Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables Requirements • 2-3 years in client servicing/account management and social media handling in Digital Agency would be preferred. • Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta, Instagram etc. • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
