Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to manage and supervise the nursing department of our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of all nursing services. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage all nursing staff and nursing activities in the hospital. - Ensure quality patient care and safety standards are maintained. - Prepare duty rosters and staff schedules for nurses. - Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments. - Monitor infection control practices and hospital protocols. - Train and guide nursing staff for better patient care. - Ensure availability of medical supplies and nursing equipment. - Handle patient complaints related to nursing services. - Maintain nursing records and reports. Qualifications - B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing - Valid nursing registration - Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospital nursing, with supervisory experience preferred.
