1. Carry out daily ward rounds. 2. To audit Prescription Errors and Administration Errors in the wards and ICU. 3. To find any unauthorized drug in the ward (medicine from outside). 4. To educate the ward nurses regarding the Brand and Generic. 15. Periodically audit the buffer stock in the wards. 6. Periodically audit the buffer stock in the Crash cart. 7. Periodically audit the buffer stock in the OT Complex. 8. To maintain daily activity log book. 9. To prepare drug formulary periodically. 10. To create awareness among the ward Nurses and Junior doctors regarding pharmacovigilance and possible Adverse drug reaction. 11. To maintain ADR file and periodically update department of pharmacology (Dr.Arul Amutha & Dr.Farahana), 12. To meet all the HODs and unit chief regarding new drug entry in accordance with the Drug Policy Committee approval. 13. To create awareness about the antibiotics abuse and develop antibioties prescribing policy. 14. To visit Main pharmacy, ICU Pharmacy, Surgical store, Free pharmacy on daily basis. 15. To identify the difficulties of the dispensing chemist and their challenges. 16. To bring awareness among Doctors regarding importance of standardize prescription. 17. To ensure usuage of generic name and legible writing of drug details in the prescription. 18. To convene Drug Policy Committee meeting periodically (once in 3 months). 19. To bring awareness among the doctors about the possible errors occur with Cut Tablets and to adapt Full strip Prescription Practices. 20. To have a weekly review meeting with Ms. GuruPriya Chief Pharmacist. Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
