Site Supervisor ( Fresher )

• Ensure the safety of labourers and subcontractors at the construction site. • Educate workers on construction safety rules and regulations. • Coordinate with the Project Manager, purchase team, architects, management, and subcontractors. • Monitor the quality and workmanship of all site activities. • Identify and resolve quality issues in materials, work, or construction processes. • Check and test construction materials to ensure they meet specifications. • Supervise and guide labourers and subcontractors on daily site work. • Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications before execution. • Plan, schedule, and manage daily civil construction activities. • Maintain site records such as drawings, M-book, site photos, and labour attendance. • Monitor project progress and support timely completion of work. • Supervise the proper use of machinery and equipment and guide workers. • Execute work according to approved drawings and management instructions. • Identify opportunities to improve construction quality and efficiency.
