Bar Captain

• Location: PATHANAMTHITTA • 1️ Pre-Opening Duties • Check bar counter cleanliness and setup • Ensure sufficient glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar tools • Verify daily stock availability (liquor, beer, wine, mixers) • Brief bartenders and stewards about: • Daily specials • Promotions • VIP arrivals • Banquet/events if any 2️ Guest Service Management • Welcome and seat guests (if applicable) • Take beverage orders accurately • Suggest and upsell premium brands & signature cocktails • Ensure timely preparation and service of drinks • Check guest satisfaction regularly • Handle minor guest complaints immediately 3️ Team Supervision During Service • Allocate sections to bartenders • Monitor grooming and uniform standards • Ensure service SOP is followed • Support bartenders during rush hours • Maintain discipline and teamwork 4️ Billing & Order Control • Ensure correct KOT entry in POS • Cross-check bills before presenting to guests • Monitor discounts and complimentary approvals • Assist in daily sales reporting 5️ Hygiene & Safety • Ensure proper glass polishing • Monitor bar cleanliness during service • Follow alcohol service regulations • Ensure safe handling of equipment and storage 6️ Closing Duties • Assist in closing stock check • Ensure bar area is cleaned and arranged • Report shortages or breakages • Submit daily service report to Bar Supervisor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
