Retail Jewelry stores needs HR for our Secunderabad Stores We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee growth and organizational needs. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, approachable, and capable of handling HR responsibilities independently. - End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding - Employee records management (attendance, leave, personal files) - Handling joining & exit formalities - Coordination with management on staff requirements and performance feedback - Implementing and maintaining HR policies, rules, and discipline - Payroll coordination, salary data preparation, and basic compliance support - Addressing employee queries and maintaining a positive work culture - Supporting training, engagement activities, and internal communication - Ensuring confidentiality of employee and company information Requirements & Skills: - Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Management, or related field - 1–3 years experience in HR (Freshers with strong aptitude can apply) - Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes - Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred) - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, HR software - Ability to handle people with patience, fairness, and professionalism - Honest, organized, and willing to learn Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
