ER Technician

Job Summary The ER Technician supports doctors and nursing staff in providing immediate care to patients in the emergency department. The role involves assisting with emergency procedures, monitoring patients, preparing medical equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the emergency room. Key Responsibilities1. Patient Assistance • Assist doctors and nurses in treating patients in the emergency department. • Help in transferring and positioning patients for treatment or procedures. • Monitor patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels. 2. Emergency Procedures Support • Assist in emergency medical procedures such as CPR, wound care, trauma care, and basic life support. • Prepare emergency equipment and supplies required during treatment. 3. Equipment Handling • Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment such as monitors, suction machines, oxygen supply systems, and defibrillators. • Ensure all emergency equipment is functional and ready for use. 4. Patient Transport • Assist in shifting patients to different departments such as ICU, operation theatre, or radiology when required. 5. Infection Control & Safety • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the emergency room. • Follow hospital infection control protocols and safety guidelines. 6. Documentation • Assist in maintaining patient records and emergency treatment documentation. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
