Key Responsibilities
• Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver core/elective management courses (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy) using innovative teaching methods like case studies, simulations, and experiential learning.
• Student Development: Mentor students, provide career counseling, and supervise projects, dissertations, and industrial training.
• Assessment: Develop, administer, and grade exams, assignments, and presentations to evaluate student knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Research & Professional Development: Engage in scholarly research, publish in academic journals, and participate in conferences.
• Industry Connect: Bridge the gap between academia and industry by organizing guest lectures, internships, and workshops.
• Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes, and administrative committee
Preferred candidate profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Ph.D. in Management or related field (preferred) or a masters degree with strong relevant experience.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience at the postgraduate level (MBA/PGDM) and industry experience are highly valued.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, ability to create a student-centered learning environment, proficiency in digital learning tools, and strong leadership abilities.
