Freelance Social Media Manager

We are a diversified group of companies operating across multiple sectors, including construction, aggregate manufacturing, a Honda dealership, a cinema theatre, Naturals salon, bus services, and lodge. As our businesses continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to build and manage our digital presence and showcase our brands effectively across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Creation • Create engaging social media posts, reels, and short videos for multiple business verticals. • Capture photos and videos of projects, facilities, events, and daily operations. • Design simple graphics and promotional materials for social media. Social Media Management • Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google reviews. • Plan and schedule posts using a structured content calendar. • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all company pages. Brand Building • Develop creative ideas to highlight our businesses, including infrastructure projects, product offerings, customer experiences, and company achievements. • Showcase behind-the-scenes activities, project progress, and milestones. Requirements • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and visibility. • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with strong creative skills may also apply). • Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design. • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools. • Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form videos. • Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Are you located in Tirupattur or Vellore district in Tamilnadu?
