PPC Specialist | India - Delhi

This is a remote position. This role requires full-time availability. Applicants who are currently employed in another full-time position will not be considered. We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist with proven expertise in both Bing Ads / Meta / and Google Ads. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns focused on generating qualified inbound calls and form submissions for plumbing and/or home services. • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Bing / Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. • Write, test, and refine ad copy to maximize CTR and conversion rates. • Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality. • Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTMs, and analytics integrations. • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages. • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly performance reports. • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to scale performance effectively. • Collaborate with the management and operations teams to align lead flow with service capacity. • Stay current with industry trends, Google and Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging PPC strategies. Requirements Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google / Meta and Bing Ads required). • Proven success in lead generation campaigns (preferably in service-based industries). • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking. • Experience with landing page optimization and data analysis. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Must be able to work during PST business hours.
