Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer (Fresher) with a keen interest in LLMs, Generative AI, and conversational chatbot development. The candidate will work on building AI-powered chatbots and voice agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc., and integrate them with real-world applications using APIs and frameworks.Key Responsibilities : - Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI chatbots and intelligent virtual assistants (text and voice).- Fine-tune or prompt-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific conversational tasks.- Implement text generation, summarization, Q&A, and intent recognition using frameworks like LangChain or RAG pipelines.- Work on speech-to-text (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems using tools such as Whisper, Google Speech API, or Azure Speech Services.- Collaborate with backend developers for agent orchestration, workflow automation, and context memory management.- Evaluate chatbot accuracy, latency, and conversational performance using analytics tools.- Research and prototype emerging AI agent technologies and frameworks.Desired Profile : - Bachelors Degree in Artificial intelligence and machine learning or equivalent .- 0 to 1 years experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.- Strong Python skills; hands-on with ML/DL, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and vector databases.- Good problem-solving, communication, and team-mentoring abilities- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
