Sr. Nursing Staff

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician orders. • Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs. • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely. • Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions. • Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed. • Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants. • Allocate duties and monitor nursing workflow. • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring. • Conduct performance monitoring and provide feedback. • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
