The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings.

• Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
2. Meeting & Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Ensure timely communication between the Director and different departments.
3. Administrative Management
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (digital and physical).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
4. Confidential Handling
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist the Director in handling strategic or confidential projects.
5. Travel & Event Coordination
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
• Support in organizing corporate events, conferences, and board meetings.
6. Office & Communication Support
• Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Facilitate smooth workflow and communication within the executive office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
