Attorney-Real Estate Transaction (Non Litigation)

Job Title: Pune Attorney - Real Estate & Conveyancing Experience: 2 - 4 Years in Real Estate & Conveyancing practice Office Time: 09:30AM to 07:30PM Key Responsibilities: ● Exposure to real estate transactions across Maharashtra jurisdictions preferred. ● Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Marathi. ● Ability to read and interpret property records (7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries) in Marathi. ● Strong client management skills, attention to detail, and professional integrity ● Development agreements, conveyance deeds, and lease deeds ● Joint development agreements, redevelopment contracts, and MoUs ● Leave & License Agreements and RERA documentation ● Agreements for sale, sale deeds, and property transfer documents ● Society resolutions, indemnities, and title documents ● Title reports, search summaries, and legal opinions ● Conduct and supervise title due diligence for land parcels, buildings, and redevelopment projects. ● Coordinate with clients, developers, societies, architects, and sub-registrars for smooth execution. ● Support in structuring of real estate transactions and risk assessments. ● Handle RERA compliance documentation and society representation.
