Lead Data Scientist - Full Time

This role offers strategic technical ownership without direct team management responsibilities. You will take full accountability for shaping and delivering use cases from concept through deployment, influencing architectural and solution-level decisions along the way. Working closely with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders, you will bridge advanced analytics with real-world systems engineering. The position demands a strong grasp of airside operations, customer challenges, and the core engineering foundations that power our technologies—blending analytical depth with hands-on, solution-oriented thinking. Minimum 8+ years experience and has strong knowledge working on IoT systems and simulation. Solution Architecture & Use Case Ownership: Drive the conceptualization, design, and delivery of impactful solutions by translating customer pain points and sensor-driven insights into scalable, outcome-focused applications. Advanced Analytics & Optimization: Develop intelligent analytical frameworks and computational methods that convert complex operational data into measurable improvements in safety, performance, and asset efficiency. Digital Twin & Scenario Engineering: Create dynamic models and simulation environments to stress-test concepts, evaluate system behavior, and anticipate performance across varying operational conditions. Integrated Stakeholder Engagement: Partner across engineering, product strategy, and customer teams to ensure technical solutions are practical, value-driven, and aligned with market needs. IoT Intelligence & Insights: Harness and interpret IoT-generated data streams to uncover operational inefficiencies, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities. Engineering-Centric Problem Solving: Leverage core principles of engineering and applied physics to resolve sophisticated instrumentation and system-level challenges with robust, scalable designs. Domain Thought Leadership: Act as a technical authority on proprietary technologies, influencing innovation roadmaps and guiding multidisciplinary teams toward technical excellence.
