Job Title: IT Recruiter Intern (US Staffing) Employment Type: Full-Time Internship Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday) Duration: 3 Months Location: Onsite / Remote (as applicable) Job Summary We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter Intern to support our US staffing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are eager to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on exposure to the US hiring market. The intern will work closely with senior recruiters to source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Source IT candidates from the US market using LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks. Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements. Communicate with candidates and vendors to gather details such as availability, skills, experience, and compensation expectations. Validate candidate suitability and alignment with client job requirements. Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline in an organized and timely manner. Assist senior recruiters in closing candidates and submitting profiles to clients. Dedicate 8 hours daily to recruitment activities (no part time option). Required Qualifications & Skills Educational background: B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, or HR-related discipline . Solid verbal and written communication skills . Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and recent skills. Ability to work in a night shift aligned with US time zones . Must have own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection . Must obtain college clearance/approval to pursue the internship. Must be available for a minimum of 3 months . Comfortable with the stipend/budget offered for the internship.
