E-Commerce Executive

Industry: Sports Goods Manufacturing Key Responsibilities • Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Tata Cliq company website, etc.). • Upload/update product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory. • Handle order processing, coordination with warehouse/dispatch, and tracking shipments. • Monitor daily sales, returns, ratings, and customer queries. • Run basic promotions, deals, and campaigns on portals. • Coordinate with production/supply team to maintain accurate stock availability online. • Prepare e-commerce sales reports and performance metrics. Required Skills • Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms & seller dashboards. • Strong Excel skills and ability to manage product data. • Good communication and coordination abilities. • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus. Qualification • Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing preferred). • 3–4 years' experience in e-commerce operations (manufacturing or retail preferred).
