Our agency operates as a dedicated editing partner for GYREC (Grow Your Real Estate Channel). At Staging Edits, our focus is simple: video editing that performs on YouTube. Each client works with a dedicated video editor, ensuring personalised attention while maintaining quality and consistency at scale. With multiple active clients and rapid growth, we are building a team of skilled editors who are passionate about helping Realtors grow their channels and generate more leads. About the role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end-to-end recruitment process for video editors and creative roles within the company. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening portfolios, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and managing the onboarding process. You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Team to ensure we hire editors who meet our quality standards and align with the company‘s culture and expectations. What you will do: • Candidate Sourcing - Identify and source qualified video editors through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards, creative communities, and referrals. • Application Screening - Review applications, portfolios, and sample edits to shortlist candidates who meet our technical and creative standards. • Candidate Outreach - Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain a smooth and professional candidate experience. • Interview Coordination - Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Portfolio Evaluation - Assess candidates‘ previous work and determine whether their editing style aligns with YouTube retention-focused content. • Hiring Process Management - Coordinate the test task, interview rounds, and final selection with the Creative Team. • Candidate Tracking - Maintain organised records of applicants, interview notes, and hiring progress. • Onboarding Support - Ensure selected candidates are properly onboarded, including documentation, workflow training, and tool access. • Continuous Hiring Pipeline - Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified editors so the company can scale quickly when new clients come in.
