The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, liaising with customers to resolve and settle pending payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Qualifications • Proficient in Debt Collection processes and best practices • Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and interpreting financial data • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively resolve payment-related queries • Basic understanding of Finance principles and practices • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience in a similar role is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software tools
