You will be working on diverse projects that reach millions of cricket fans and players worldwide. • *Key Responsibilities:** - **Design Leadership & Strategy** - Lead end-to-end design processes across diverse digital platforms - Develop design systems and brand guidelines - Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience strategies - **User Experience & Research** - Conduct user research and usability testing - Create user personas and wireframes - Analyze user behavior to improve designs - **Multi-Platform Visual Design & Execution** - Transform sports analytics data into intuitive interfaces - Design large screen graphics, broadcast graphics, and 3D motion graphics - Maintain consistent visual language across touchpoints - **Creative Content & Motion Design** - Develop infographics, marketing collaterals, and 3D motion graphics - Design broadcast-quality graphics packages - Edit videos for product demonstrations and marketing campaigns - **Collaboration & Mentorship** - Work with development teams to ensure design implementation - Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Participate in design reviews and stakeholder presentations • *Required Skills and Experience:** - **Core Design Skills** - 5-10 years of UI/UX Design experience - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite - Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX strategy - Understanding of design systems and responsive design principles - **User Experience & Research** - Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis - Ability to translate research insights into design solutions - Knowledge of UX methodologies and design thinking processes - **Soft Skills & Industry Knowledge** - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects - Understanding of cricket culture and cricket enthusiasts' preferences • *Nice to Have:** - Experience with front-end technologies - Knowledge of accessibility standards - Experience with broadcast production pipelines - Background in sports analytics or performance tracking - Personal cricket playing experience or coaching background You should showcase examples of UX research and infographic design in your portfolio.
