Designation– Java Developer TL Education:- Any Graduation, Post Graduation, Pursuing in bachelor’s Experience:– 5Yrs To 6Yrs Location:– Pune (Bavdhan). Interview Process:– Virtual Key Responsibilities:- – Lead end-to-end development of full-stack web projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. – Coordinate all stages of the software development lifecycle — from requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment — to deliver superior customer experiences. – Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication and aligning project outcomes with client expectations. – Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to plan, estimate, and allocate tasks effectively across the team. – Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Java-based applications with clean and reliable code. – Prepare and execute detailed unit and integration testing plans to ensure software reliability and performance. – Conduct design and code review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. – Guide and mentor development team members, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. – Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and project outcomes. – Participate in deployment activities and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth project transitions. – Document technical designs, workflows, and system configurations to support ongoing maintenance and scalability. – Apply best industry practices and agile methodologies throughout project implementation to ensure continuous improvement.” Qualifications and Requirements:- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience:- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading a development team or handling end-to-end project delivery.
