As an Associate UI Designer at Starweaver, your primary responsibility will be to craft beautiful, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications in the Starweaver digital ecosystem. Working closely with Product Managers and Senior Designers, you will translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-fidelity, production-ready screens for platforms like LMS, Journeybuilder, Boostr, DesignPilot, and Analytics. You will utilize your mastery of Figma to ensure alignment, spacing, and world-class B2B and EdTech interfaces. **Key Responsibilities** - **High-Fidelity Interface Design** - **Visual Execution:** Translate low-fidelity wireframes, sketches, and product requirements into polished user interfaces. - **Aesthetic Excellence:** Apply strong visual design principles to create engaging learning environments. - **Responsive Design:** Ensure designs adapt flawlessly across different devices. - **Design System & Component Library** - **System Adherence:** Utilize and maintain Starweaver's UI design system for consistency. - **Component Creation:** Build reusable Figma components and interactive states. - **Prototyping & Developer Handoff** - **Interactive Prototypes:** Create clickable Figma prototypes to demonstrate user flows. - **Seamless Handoff:** Prepare organized Figma files for the engineering team. - **Visual QA & Collaboration** - **Design QA:** Conduct visual quality assurance to match designs pixel-for-pixel. - **Team Collaboration:** Work with Product Managers and developers for UI implementation. **Qualifications** - **Experience** - 1 to 3 years in UI, Visual, or Web/App Design. - Experience in designing for SaaS, B2B, dashboards, or EdTech platforms preferred. - **Technical Skills** - **Figma Mastery:** Expert-level proficiency. - **Visual Design Software:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - **Interactive Animation:** Experience with Rive is a plus. - **Technical Understanding:** Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities. - **Core Competencies** - **Attention to Detail:** Ability to notice minor design discrepancies. - **Visual Problem Solving:** Capability to transform complex requirements into clean UIs. - **Receptiveness to Feedback:** Willingness to receive and implement feedback. - **Organization:** Maintain neat and logically structured design files.
