Job Description: Job Title: Sales Sponsorship Executive (B2B – Events & Media) Department: Sales Experience: 2–4 Years Industry Focus: Supply Chain, Logistics & Associated Stakeholder Industries Location: Belapur CBD - Navi Mumbai Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy Sales Sponsorship Executive responsible for generating revenue through event sponsorships and advertisement sales across B2B platforms. The role focuses on engaging decision-makers from supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, freight forwarding, warehousing, aviation, airports, airlines, and associated industries. The candidate must be confident speaking with international clients and capable of closing high-value sponsorship deals. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to think quickly during negotiations. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Generation (Primary Responsibility) Sell event sponsorship packages and media advertisement solutions. Identify and approach potential sponsors from global B2B logistics and supply chain sectors. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Upsell premium packages and long-term partnerships. 2. New Lead Generation Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. Generate new business through: Cold calling Email outreach LinkedIn networking Industry databases Continuously expand market reach across international territories. 3. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and advertisers. Maintain regular communication before, during, and after events. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively. 4. Proposal & Presentation Create customized sponsorship proposals. Present value propositions confidently to senior-level executives. Clearly articulate ROI and brand visibility benefits. 5. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to deliver sponsor commitments. Ensure smooth execution of sponsorship deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications ~2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (Event or Media industry preferred). ~ Proven experience in sponsorship sales or advertisement sales. ~ Excellent verbal communication skills (confident in speaking with international clients). ~ Strong written English proficiency. ~ Ability to negotiate and close deals independently. ~ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. ~ Strong follow-up and persuasion skills. Preferred Experience Prior experience in Event or Media companies. Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation, or Manufacturing industries. Experience handling international clients.
