As an General Manager at StayVista, you will be responsible for building and managing a centralized supply chain framework for F&B; operations across cities. This role will drive inventory efficiency, vendor partnerships, demand forecasting, and cost optimization while ensuring seamless supply availability across all villas. Lead centralized inventory planning and procurement for StayVista’s F&B; operations across all regions, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal wastage. ~ Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including forecasting, replenishment, warehouse coordination, and regional execution. ~ Drive demand planning aligned with occupancy trends, seasonal spikes, and villa-level consumption patterns. ~ Build and manage strong vendor partnerships, negotiate pricing and SLAs, and ensure quality and timely supply delivery. ~ Monitor and improve key supply KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turnover, wastage %, shrinkage, and working capital efficiency. ~ Standardize SOPs and implement technology-driven systems (ERP/WMS) for real-time inventory tracking and reporting. ~ Lead regional supply teams and bring a structured, data-driven approach to scaling multi-location F&B; operations. ~ 7–10 years of experience in F&B; / QSR / Quick Commerce supply chain, currently operating at a Regional Head or Central Supply leadership level. ~ This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!~ Proven experience in building and scaling a centralized F&B; supply chain from scratch across multi-city operations, driving measurable impact on cost reduction, wastage control, and service-level improvement.
