Design Associate (AutoCAD)

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative CAD Design Engineer with strong skills in AutoCAD to support the design and development of refrigeration systems and components. You will be responsible for creating accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings that align with thermal, structural, and manufacturing requirements for commercial and industrial refrigeration products. Key Responsibilities • Develop and revise 2D layouts in AutoCAD107 for refrigeration systems, components (evaporators, condensers, compressors, piping), and enclosures. • Design sheet metal, plastic, and copper tubing parts used in refrigeration assemblies. • Prepare detailed engineering drawings including tolerances, materials, and manufacturing instructions. • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective. • Implement design revisions based on testing feedback, field issues, or cost-reduction initiatives. • Support prototype builds, testing, andAdicionar production ramp-up as needed. Qualifications • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of CAD design experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related mechanical manufacturing industries. • Proven experience with AutoCAD is essential.
