Hiring: Customer Service Specialist (Client Servicing) Note: Females only preferred Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-days work week) Shift: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM (Fixed Australian Shifts) as aligned with Australian time zone Job Location: Sector 51, Gurugram (Fully On-site) Incentives: Uncapped incentives based on performance We’re hiring a proactive Customer Service Specialist (Client Servicing) at Stockbinge to manage client interactions, monitor portfolios, deliver timely updates and collaborate across teams. In this high-responsibility role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership as their right hand. Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats • Manage and monitor client portfolios, maintain accurate portfolio records in Excel, and track stock performance. • Resolve customer queries related to services, and accounts • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Adherence to company policies and service standards Requirements: • Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline) • 1–3 years of experience in international customer support or service (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Customer-first attitude with attention to detail • Final offer depends on experience and evaluation during the interview process.
